Nigerian artist Ayra Starr, who is nominated for a Grammy, has said that she would like to work with well-known musicians from throughout the world.
According to the singer, she would love working with artists like Victoria Monét, J. Cole, Rihanna, Beyoncé, and Kendrick Lamar.
The “Rush” singer said as much to Cool FM Nigeria in a recent interview.
Ayra Starr stated, “I would love to work with Rihanna, Victoria Monét, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, and J.Cole.”She revealed that her biggest motivation is her “commitment to excellence.”
Ayra Starr responded to criticism of her music and persona by saying, “I read stuff [social media comments], I see stuff. Sometimes if it’s very bad I just let them [critics]. I feel like I’m in my let them era.
“But sometimes if it’s stupid, I just block.”
