Popular Afrobeat musician Davido is seen smoking what looks to be marijuana in front of police officers in a video that has gone viral on social media.
A user posted the video to Twitter, sparking an online discussion in which many people questioned the artist’s legal immunity.
In the footage, Davido can be seen talking with police officers, who are presumably acting as his security detail, while sitting in his car and smoking a casual cigar.
Davido was observed smoking in his vehicle while interacting with law enforcement.

“Davido smoking weed in front of police. Yet they’ll tell you no one is above the law,” the user wrote.
