The same issues are plaguing Chelsea and Manchester United this season, according to former England international Gary Neville.

Neville claims that the “cultural issues and chaos” at both Man United and Chelsea are impeding their on-field performances.

On the Premier League standings, Chelsea is now in position 15, while Man United is in spot 10.

This season, the Blues have dropped three Premier League games while the Red Devils have dropped four.

“Chelsea and United are the way they are currently due to cultural issues and chaos,” Neville said on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“ETH and MP are good managers working in very difficult and challenging environments. Look up top!”

Chelsea will take on Fulham in a Premier League match on Monday night, while Man United fell to Crystal Palace 1-0 over the weekend.
