Yemi Eberechi Alade (born March 13, 1989), better known as Yemi Alade, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter. She won the Peak Talent Show in 2009, and her single “Johnny” became a hit in 2014. Her father was a Yoruba police commissioner, while her mother is of Igbo origin.
