Prince Kaybee sets the tone for his sixth studio album, named ‘Music Theory,’ with three lead singles.
Azana, a vocalist and lyricist, appears on “Amaphiko Ezono” and “Inkumbulo,” and Starr Healer appears on “Oh Boy.”
Each track has its own atmosphere, as Prince Kaybee expertly carves the song around each vocalist’s own characteristics.
Azana and Starr Healer also do a wonderful job of narrating the tale behind each song as they bring the listener through the realm of “Music Theory.”
The project’s lead track, ‘Amaphiko Ezono,’ features Azana and is a poignant song to which we can all connect.
Azana expresses her grief and disappointment in her ex-lover since she committed everything she had in the relationship only for the individual to put out the minimal effort.
As the music takes you through her difficult journey, the song is simple to listen to and incredibly relatable.
