Made Men Music Group recently debuted an astonishing composition titled “Love And Trust,” which was sung by a great singer-songwriter named Iyanya.
Iyanya, whose full name is Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performer. He rose to fame after winning the inaugural season of the music reality show “Project Fame West Africa” in 2008. Known for his smooth vocals and energetic performances, Iyanya has made a significant impact on the Nigerian music industry.
Iyanya released his debut studio album, “My Story,” in 2011, which spawned hit singles like “Kukere” and “Ur Waist.” These songs received widespread airplay and became popular dance anthems in Nigeria and beyond. He followed up with his second studio album, “Iyanya vs. Desire,” in 2013, featuring the hit song “Kukere.”
In 2015, Iyanya made a significant career move by signing a record deal with Mavin Records, one of Nigeria’s leading music labels at the time. He released several singles under the Mavin imprint, including “Up 2 Sumting” and “Hold On.” However, he eventually left Mavin Records in 2016.
After parting ways with Mavin Records, Iyanya founded his own record label called “Temple Management Company” and released his third studio album, “Applaudise,” in 2015. The album featured collaborations with prominent artists like Don Jazzy, Lil Kesh, and Victoria Kimani.
Iyanya has continued to release music independently and collaborate with various artists. Some of his notable singles include “Kukere,” “Your Waist,” “Mr Oreo,” “Le Kwa Ukwu,” and “Away.”
It’s important to note that my knowledge cutoff is in September 2021, so there might have been new developments or releases by Iyanya since then.
